RTC’s business model was developed based on the concept of creating a company whose business practices, ethics, and standards of operational procedures are significantly beyond those currently being used by the majority of the construction industry. RTC Construction Management, Inc. is managed by the husband and wife team of Lydia and Robert Friend. All day to day operations are either performed or overseen directly by either Lydia or Robert. We do our best to ensure that our clients get the attention they deserve, when they need it.
